The room was good-sized and since it had feather pillows I slept like a baby. Really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom.

Charming stay with stunning garden views and a generous breakfast from lovely hosts😊.

The eggs on toast were served without butter, which seemed like punishment rather than breakfast. I also struggled to find the place, as the sign is hidden among grass, and I expect to be welcomed with refreshments and a room upgrade for all my trouble. Absoluteley appalling!

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
Accommodating hosts who genuinely care about your experience and a fine garden made my stay nice.
The self-service breakfast was convenient but I missed the chance to enjoy a full meal due to my early departure.

Navigating to this hotel is a nightmare with misleading directions from the sat nav!!! It's baffling how such a good place could be hidden behind a poorly placed sign among the grass!!!

Garden vibes and cozy room!
It was a great size. The gardens were breath-taking, and Rita's veggie breakfasts hit the spot-so filling! Only thing was, I wish there were more breakfast options, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

This was a suitable option for a city escape in Lancaster with good value for cost. Make sure to bring a good map for easier navigation, as finding the place can be tricky.
